  • If you are a school administrator, you confirm that you have obtained appropriate consents from all students, parents, and staff whose personal data is processed within the platform.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Registration: Schools, teachers, and students must provide accurate information when registering for the platform. False or incomplete information may result in account termination.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, please notify SCHOOLMODO immediately.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: The platform operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Fees are charged on a per-student basis as per the agreed plan.

  • Billing: Payments are required upfront for access to our services. Failure to make timely payments may result in service disruption.

  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
